Privacy policy
This policy explains how Vizzo (Evan Wells trading as VIZZO, ABN 87 957 153 564, "we") handles personal information collected through this website, vizzosoftware.com. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Vizzo app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your name, your trade and the size of your team. We also record the time you joined and the wording you agreed to, so we can show you asked to hear from us.
The website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't load fonts, trackers or scripts from other companies. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Why we collect it
We use your details to email you about early access and the Vizzo launch, and to decide which trades and team sizes to support first. We won't use them for anything else without asking you, and we don't sell them or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to take you off the list at any time using the contact below, and we'll do it within 5 working days.
Where it's stored, including overseas
The early-access list is stored by Cloudflare, Inc., which runs our website. Cloudflare may store and process it outside Australia, including in the United States. When we start sending launch emails, the email service we use may also store your email address overseas; we'll name it here before we use it. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.
Vizzo app data is separate from this list. It will be stored in Australia, with Amazon Web Services in Sydney and Melbourne.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until 12 months after Vizzo launches if you haven't become a customer, whichever is first.
Security
Only the people running Vizzo can see the list, and their accounts are protected with multi-factor sign-in. The site is served only over HTTPS.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them. Email privacy@vizzosoftware.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email us at the address above and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details already on the list, we'll email you first.
